How it works

From sprout to keys — how the magic ripens.

Every move grows the same way: a little sunlight, a solid plan, and somebody who knows the soil. Here's the whole season, start to finish.

  1. Step 1 · Sprout

    Plant the seed

It starts with a real conversation — your goals, your budget, your timing. No pitch, no pressure, and no silly questions. Whether you're ready to move next month or just kicking the soil, you'll walk away with an honest plan.

You bring the dream. I bring 15 years of local dirt.

  2. Step 2 · Blossom

    Watch it blossom

Buying? I hand-pick tours actually worth your Saturday and back every one with real comps. Selling? We prep, stage, and price your home so it blooms on every feed from Santa Barbara to LA.

Curated, not cluttered — no wilted listings on my watch.

  3. Step 3 · Ripe

    Pick at peak ripeness

When the right one's ready, we move fast and negotiate hard. Offers, counters, inspections, nerves — I handle the squeeze so you keep the juice.

Fifteen years of knowing exactly when to pick.

  4. Step 4 · Harvest

    Harvest day

Keys in your hand or a SOLD sign on the lawn — either way, we celebrate. And like any good grower, I stick around for next season: your questions, your referrals, your what's-it-worth-now check-ins.

Welcome home. The fruit basket's on me.

Every harvest starts with a hello. Plant yours →

Why "Fruta Madre"?

This coast literally grew on fruit.

Ventura's lemon groves built the coastline. Oxnard throws an entire festival for its strawberries. Ojai has a tangerine you can't get anywhere else on Earth. Between Santa Barbara and LA, fruit isn't a gimmick — it's the family history.

So when I named my practice, I named it for the place: Fruta Madre — the mother fruit. The orchard everything good grows from. Kind of like the right home.
